Hi Kevin, Please start here: https://wiki.onap.org/display/DW/Joining+the+Community
You first create an LFID, which gives you access to the ONAP wiki, Jira, and gerrit. You can log Jira tickets for this under the Integration project. Since we use Gerrit code review, we don't have pull requests. Instead, you submit your proposed code changes to gerrit, and other committers in the project will review your change request and merge or provide feedback. BTW, I found an typo issue that settings.yaml.development and settings.yaml.testing are both using "docker_images" instead of "docker_image" which is defined in Vagrantfile. Do you know how to create an issue-id (a jira ticket or something) for making a pull request?
