Kenny, Thanks for the new survey and the extension - I have a small question about the presentation type option - in the older google docs version there were 3 options for talk type, in the new version there are only 2 (Session and Panel) - could you add back "Hands On"

Obviously from the feedback that assumption was wrong. Interestingly enough of the people who have reached out telling us to use something else besides a google form, no one has indicated that they actually want to submit a proposal. :-/ For those of you that have already submitted your proposals via the google form, you do not have to resubmit. With regards to the request from the TSC meeting that the CFP date be extended, that is currently being discussed. Thank you.
