Hi Deng, In the previous TSC when there was a discussion about liaisons it was pointed out that some work was required as there is no liaison relationship established, I guess that hasn't happened. When it comes to the liaisons that say "please take consideration of my work" they don't mean much as the real work has to be driven by the work items etc by the participants there. I assume that the goal of the LS is to have a place to raise the issue of evolution of the specs. You could acthieve that by having a status wiki in modelling and a friendly informal email to the etsi lists pointing to it.
