I have my doubts as to whether SOL001 and the TOSCA Simple Profile NFV it
references actually supports HPA. Attributes such vduCpuRequirements and
vduMemRequirements are not in tosca.datatypes.nfv.VirtualCpu and
tosca.datatypes.nfv.VirtualMemory as specified in SOL001. I believe the
mapping done at

https://wiki.onap.org/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=25436710

shows the HPA attributes as being mapped, but at least the ones mentioned
above are not.
