Here is an example to show how to navigate to the WF Designer UI.

2. Get Workflow Content/Artifact by WF ID.
Actually, we also need the GET API. The reason is that when navigating to the
WF Designer UI, the WF Designer needs to retrieve the corresponding workflow
data from the SDC for displaying. If no data is available from sdc, the WF
Designer will display an empty workflow.
So, could you help provide this API.
