Hi Jess,
The docker tags are referenced in few portal deployment scripts. In last
Amsterdam release, the change from snapshot to release tags left some
deployments broken in the final release "amsterdam" branch, as we missed to
update the tag references.
To be on safe side, as we are ready with the final frozen code for Beijing, we
used the release tags and made changes at all the references, so that the final
release "beijing" branch do not need to be touched after the release.
If it is too early to use such release tag, we can hold it off.
