The current CDT 1.3.0 is apache’s httpd docker from

originally. You can run docker pull the 1.3.0 then docker tag as latest. So
docker-compose can see the latest tag.

Thanks for the reply , I have checked the CDT docker installed
on our environment. It does not have /etc/nginx/conf.d/ directory. Find below
screen capture of same.
We have used onap/appc-cdt-image:1.3.0 for CDT. Is there any issue in
installation of CDT? Is this the right image or we have to use other image.

For CDT log, goto CDT docker , you would see /etc/nginx/conf.d/default.conf.
check the nginx.org website, you then can setup the log level and the path.
Check APPC’s mysql db docker. There are two tables: ASDC_ARTIFACTS and
ASDC_REFERENCE. The VNF artifacts should be saved there.

Hi Randa,
I am trying to create vnf template for specific VNF type and
action. When try to save the configuration that is created to APPC on screen
I get all success message (refer screen capture 2).
In myvnf link when I try to check if my template configuration is saved or not
, it gives message that you do not have artifacts (refer screen capture 3)
.Also the changes are also not reflecting to Appc . It seems like there is some
issue with config in CDT. To resolve that please help me on following
* path of log file for CDAT application to trace the error.
* path of CDT config file for setting log level to debug.
* which db CDAT stores this configuration APPC mysql db or CDT has its own
db.

Your use case is not clear to me. What are you trying to do exactly?
CDT will allow you to create the template to use for a specific VNF
type/action. The templates will vary depending on the action. It sound like you
are trying to create Configuration templates for your VNF.
The template s stored in the MySQL DB. Templates will be retrieve when APPC
receives an LCM Configure action request for your VNF and variables in the
template will be replaced with configuration data received in payload of LCM
Configure action request.
Can you please elaborate further on what you are trying to do?

We have Onap installed on OOM. I am trying to Onboard Vnf with action
using the CDT tool as per CDT user guide. After creating all the configuration
on reference data ,template and parameter tabs of the CDT application , when i
click the save all to appc , I get all success messages but the vnf does not
get stored. I am tried to locate the log for application in container and could
locate it. can anyone guide me where is the logs for Appc CDT stored and in
which which db the details get stored appc db or CDT uses its own database?
