Hi PTLs, Currently all of the Daily Jenkins jobs (Java/Docker release jobs) are scheduled for around noon UTC (8 AM Eastern), which imposes severe resource contention on nexus and nexus3 for the next several hours and causing some of them to fail due to timeouts.
To fix this, I will be submitting a change to spread the load throughout the day instead of having them all run at the same time. Please let me know if you have any concerns.
