So does this mean that the docker_prepull.sh script and the https://wiki.onap.org/display/DW/ONAP+OOM+Beijing+-+Hosting+docker+images+locally instructions should become part of the default setup for OOM? e.g. in https://onap.readthedocs.io/en/latest/submodules/oom.git/docs/oom_quickstart_guide.html
