Portal and ./ete-k8s.sh onap instantiateVFWCL are two separate issues. What errors are you seeing on the robot porta http://<k8s_ip>:30209/logs/<http://%3ck8s_ip%3e:30209/logs/> for the instantiateVFWCL ? Portal in pending state usually means the database isnt configuring itself correctly. When you cloned the oom repository which branch did you specify ?
