We have deployed a ONAP instance from master branch in our local lab. The
portal component has been fine till today.
Here is what I have seen today. And it happened several times when I tried to
deploy Portal. It looks like app pod never came up and db-config job completed
multiple times.
I have not seen this before. Any insight?
