I would think that error in the config of the SO openstack adapter talking to neutron.
What did you set the openstack credentials to in the override yaml or so helm chart or what did robot set cloud data to in ./demo-k8s.sh onap init ? Typically we aren't using hostnames in the so cloud configurations I would look into the openstack adapter logs in SO.
