Hi, I have bumped the same issue that vppctl was not working vFWCL U/C Frankfurt. In my case, due to no flag of sse4_2 at /proc/cpuinfo on the VM. Add *cpu mode=host-model* in /etc/nova/nova.conf and then to reload the conf, you restart OpenStack Nova. Note: This process needs to be done on each computes in your cluster.
