I think I've found what might be the issue. When following this installation guide for onap - https://docs.onap.org/projects/onap-oom/en/latest/sections/guides/deployment_guides/oom_helm_release_repo_deploy.html#oom-helm-release-repo-deploy - I received this error message when it was trying to install the mariadb-galera release:
