Pam et.al. - The transition to the service desk is intended to improve the responsiveness to issues by increasing the pool of IT staff servicing our queue. Yes, it does change the way we work a bit and Yes, there are some things we are still figuring out. LF is trying to scale up it's systems as more projects join the LF, the efficiency of serving the projects/community requests needs to scale up as well. Jim
