Dear TSC, Last time I asked for creating 2 more repositories for a new microservice - https://lists.onap.org/g/onap-tsc/message/5188 It became quite a discussion, as there are different approaches to the usage of repositories.
After some research, we'd like to proceed with the approach of using less repositories as encouraged by LF: https://wiki.onap.org/display/DW/Repository+Management+FAQ?preview=/51282601/51282604/repo%20growth.png I'd like to merge the following repositories into a new one dedicated for DCAE-DS, so we'll be able to archive them: * sdc/dcae-d/ci * sdc/dcae-d/dt * sdc/dcae-d/dt-be-main * sdc/dcae-d/dt-be-property * sdc/dcae-d/fe * sdc/dcae-d/rule-engine * sdc/dcae-d/tosca-lab We'll also archive sdc/jtosca and move its contents into sdc/sdc-tosca. Also, instead of creating a repository per mS, I ask for one repository that will hold many mSs. Each one in a dedicated sub-folder, with its own CI/CD jobs (thanks to Vijay for sharing his experience). In total, I'd like to archive 8 existing repositories, and create two: * sdc/microservices * sdc/dcae-ds We have the resources to complete that work in El Alto, if you'd give us the green light to proceed.
