Looking at the following wiki page, I have noticed that Amichai, Xin Jin are also committers but did not vote. https://wiki.onap.org/display/DW/Resources+and+Repositories#ResourcesandRepositories-UsecaseUI Are they still contributing to your projects? I do not think Amichai does but what about Xin Jin? If Xin Jin is still an active committer then can you ask Xin Jin to vote?
