Morgan, The change you referenced below (https://gerrit.onap.org/r/c/ccsdk/features/+/108581) is really just to roll our version numbers to the next snapshot version – not a code change. I may have created confusion by associating that with the same Jira I used to build the release itself – since that the final step in creating a new version is rolling the versions to the next snapshot. Sorry for the confusion.
We did create RC2 versions for the parts of CCSDK and SDNC that changed since RC1 and updated the master branch of OOM with the corresponding version numbers (see https://gerrit.onap.org/r/c/oom/+/108346). Note that the OOM team has asked that we NOT push to frankfurt directly but rather that we update master. It was my understanding that the OOM team had taken responsibility for cherry-picking changes to frankfurt after merging to master, but it appears I was mistaken. I just cherry picked that change to their frankfurt branch. FYI – the CCSDK release notes and SDNC release notes each contain a table with the correct released versions for our dockers.
