     *   The Guilin
Roadmap<https://wiki.onap.org/display/DW/Release+Planning%3A++Guilin> was
approved by the TSC on June 24th, 2020.
     *   The Guilin Release
scope<https://wiki.onap.org/display/DW/Guilin+Release+Requirements> was
prioritized by the TSC on June 25th, 2020 except REQ396-399 are currently under
review by the TSC.
     * The PTLs are currently preparing their milestone
status<https://wiki.onap.org/display/DW/Guilin+Milestone+Status> based on
company’s engagement
     * APPC, Logging/Pomba, Music will not be part of the Guilin Release –
these projects are under maintenance
     * Guilin POCs recently presented to the TSC
        *   Configuration Persistency
Service<https://wiki.onap.org/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=71834216>
        * Control Loop in TOSCA PoC (REQ-402)

     * Complete release notes, July 9
     * OOM create tag in Helm chart, July 10
     * Notify ONAP community of release availability, July 13
  * POC : TSC confirmed that anybody can build a POC. It is always
appropriate to share the intent of the PoC with the TSC as early as possible to
facilitate its inclusion in a future ONAP release.
     * What's important is to follow the guidelines
<https://wiki.onap.org/display/DW/POC+definition> to prevent breaking what has
already been committed to that release.
     * A PoC should not be incorporated into the CURRENT release. Approval
for an inclusion exception from the TSC is required if a PoC decides they want
to be converted to be CURRENT release content
     * There is no deadline to list a PoC into the release requirements page
( Guilin Release
Requirements<https://wiki.onap.org/display/DW/Guilin+Release+Requirements>
cited as an example)
     * PoCs cannot generate any regression issues.
     * Successful PoCs from a PREVIOUS release require a commitment of
resources and integration team review if requesting incorporation into the
CURRENT release.
  * TCC Update (Network Management/3GPP): 3GPP agreed and updated the
reference in TS 28.532 Rel-16 specification to point ONAP VES Event Listener
7.1.1 Resource
Structure.<https://github.com/onap/vnfrqts-requirements/blob/05f26fac2b941513a7d0e856b99fd8c61d688299/docs/Chapter8/ves7_1spec.rst#resource-structure>
 This is the first official reference to an open source specification in 3GPP.
We are making history!
