Need more than 5 years of hands on experience with Oracle ASCP module. . Should be very familiar with collections process and plan process. . Need more than 3 years of experience with Oracle OM, INV modules. . Should be able to configure ASCP, OM and INV to meet business requirements . Experience with IO, ODP and Demantra will be a plus . Need experience with the above modules in R12 version of Oracle. . Should be knowledgeable of the new functionality in ASCP R12 . Skill set should be 80% Functional and 20% Technical . Should have excellent communication and documentation skills . Should be proficient in English . Should be able to work independently with minimal supervision . Should have experience writing functional spec documents and understanding technical spec documents . Should be able to work with business in understanding business requirements and translating them to system requirements and functional specifications . Should be able to with development team in explaining the functional specs and supporting unit testing of the code . Should be able to document test scripts and conduct the functional/integration testing if the code . Should be able to support deployment of the new functionality and help production support in resolving issues in production. . Should be able to assist in performance testing .
