The release manager will work closely with the SAP CAB and the SAP technical teams to plan and coordinate releases and outages within all SAP environments. This will also include the following responsibilities: 1. Follow ITIL for release process 2. Releases are normally performed off hours and weekends. Must be able to support efforts during evenings and weekends as needed. 3. Will be required to communicate with stakeholders and Client’s SAP clients. 4. Will need to be able to coordinate SAP outages and releases. Required Qualifications include the following: 1. Able to work flexible hours when needed (evenings, weekends) 2. Must have good verbal and written communication skills 3. Familiar with web infrastructure technologies to help resolve any environment issues as they arise. 4. Must be able to operate in a matrix organization environment 5. Prior operations support experience for mission critical applications 6. Prior project management/coordination experience Nice to have: 1. ITIL certification 2.
