Business System Analyst with experience working on Natural/Construct
applications in an IBM OS/390 mainframe environment.

Experience gathering project related information, facilitating over JAD
sessions, developing and documenting business rules and requirements.
Experience creating and writing documentation to describe and explain
project development.

Experience creating project specifications using flowcharts and diagrams.
Developing business rules as a sequence of detailed instructions and logical
steps designed for coding into language processable by computer. Experience
documenting or assisting in documenting business/functional requirements.

Experience evaluating user requests for new or modified programs and
performing technical analysis.

Experience developing test beds for all stages/types of testing including:
Pre-Testing, Unit Testing, Integration Testing, System Testing, and User
Acceptance Testing.

Experience defining test scopes, techniques, and responsibilities for
assuring the quality and serviceability of changes to existing systems or
the introduction of new systems, including new systems and maintenance to
existing legacy systems.

Experience in the development of test plans and test approaches, including
defect tracking procedures and progress reporting procedures, test
execution, test team roles, and responsibilities and resource planning.

Experience with responsibility for, or assistance with, activities during
all phases of the system development lifecycle (design, code, test,
implement, and maintain).
