Experience working in an operator environment Intermediate Desired Key Critical Skill Sets: . 5 to 7 years experience in product development/management. . Demonstrated experience managing software/application development. . Must have prior experience with product development, internet or software development. . Must have prior experience managing application technology vendors . 2 to 3 years experience with wireless and/or wireless data networks and/or services. . Must have strong familiarity with mobile phone OS (Windows Phone, RIM, Android, etc.) . Experience developing in or managing J2ME, Windows Phone, RIM and Android applications . Demonstrated fluency with MS Project, MS Excel, and MS Visio. . Must have proven success in developing and delivering presentations, including experience with MS Powerpoint. . Outstanding written and oral communication skills. . Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills. . Demonstrated ability to work with others and be a strong advocate for relevant technical decisions. .
