They will be expected to proactively identify and evaluate program/product performance issues through review of results and recommend targeting of future prospects. 1. Provide analysis in support of understanding multi-channel, acquisition and retention campaign results and trends 2. Monitor results (e.g. premium, response, etc) and research causes of performance changes 3. For particular key segments, provide multi-channel segmentation insights and recommendations 4. Develop and maintain periodic and ad hoc reports as needed by the business 5. Responsible for representing the Consumer Marketing area as the lead analytic subject matter expert for business requirements and prioritization of critical reporting needs 6. Responsible for knowing, interpreting and applying business rules to database structure to ensure high level of data integrity and consistency within results 7. Bachelors degree in Business Administration or Statistics and/or equivalent trade-off in related professional work experience. 2. 3 years experience in analytics, research or quantitative analysis. Financial services experience a plus. 3. Proficient in working with analytic and reporting tools such as Access, SAS / SPSS and Excel and proficient working with relational databases. Competent knowledge of SQL a plus. 4. Strong analytic skills including understanding of statistical significance and data mining techniques. 5. Proven teamwork and interpersonal skills and communication skills. 6. Demonstrated capability to work independently and deliver actionable insight and unique analytical solutions. 7.
