Process Know-how
· Strong desire to own project initiatives end-to-end, and drive
them to conclusion under minimal supervision in a matrixed organization
· Ability to distill tangible requirements out of ambiguous
requirements, prioritize conflicting asks from various stakeholders with
collaboration with engineering management, and create actionable execution
plan
· High collaboration skills to navigate through cross-functional
teams, reconcile their different needs and wants, and facilitate
consensus-building among them
· Expertise in coordinating distributed teams with diverse cultural
backgrounds, working from multiple regions and time zones
Technical Know-how
· Must have the stamina and willingness to pick up new concepts
quickly and continuously
· Ability to work with software development /QA teams as well as
conduct thorough meetings with architecture team(s) as needed.
