Job Description: *Technical Recruiter- Experience: 2-3 years * o Atleast 2 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter for US Market from India o Responsible for handling end to end recruitment cycle. o Ability to understand and analyze technical requirements to seek qualified candidates with matching skill set. o Proven ability in cold calling candidates, Searching, Calling and submitting profiles as per the client requirements from different sources like Job boards, References, Networking sites etc. as required. o Work closely with the Team Lead/ Account Manager to anticipate requirements & identify potential resource pool. o Involved in screening job applications by matching them with job requirements, salary negotiation, conducting interviews, reference checks etc. o Familiar with different US Tax terms. o Effectively manage multiple job requisitions and deliver on a high volume basis. o Good understanding of both domain based and technology based recruiting. o Sound Knowledge on IT Concepts and latest trends o Excellent knowledge of Internet based recruiting tools (i.e. Monster, Dice, Career builder, Techfetch, Hotjobs, etc.) o Strong communication and inter personal skills. o Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast paced environment o Should be aggressive and quick learner. *OPT Recruiter- Experience: 0-1 year (Only Females)* o Posting Advertisements in University Sites and various job portals o Sourcing the resumes from dice, monster and internal database etc. o Maintaining database of resume o Candidate interaction, initial phone screening and understand their competencies & skill sets o Interaction with the Manager an finalizes the deal for the candidate o Follow up with the candidate and make sure to explain the compensation benefits and other terms & conditions o Make sure to collect all the documents from the candidates. *Senior Business Development Manager- Experience: (5+ years*) o Proven track record of acquiring new clients (Direct / Tier 1 Partners). o Strong client relationship management skills. o Strong sense to identify prospects and develop sales strategies to secure new business. o Ability to identify accurate sales leads and follow through to completion. o Full-cycle recruiting experience with US IT Staffing Industry. o Create a well-qualified pipeline of prospective Managed Services opportunities by establishing and maintaining professional relationships with key decision-makers. o Prepare and present proposals and close new accounts in targeted verticals. o Should coordinate with his/her team, making them understand the requirements to source the right resume. o Proven ability to source top talent through all possible ways like Job Portals, Contacts & References. o Excellent written & verbal communication skills. o Ability to work effectively in team environments.
