OBIEE Analyst Lead Location:Dallas,TX
Skill- *Job Description: * • Assists Business Process Design teams with conducting requirements gathering sessions • Provides OBIA functional subject matter expertise • Analyzes requirements and assesses feasibility consulting with solution/developer team as needed • Develops functional design specifications • Participate in design workshops while gaining consensus on key design decisions • Collaborate with BI developers to convert functional requirements into technical requirements • Conduct functional solution fit/gap analysis for OBIEE and OBIA metrics, metadata, reports and dashboards • Design metrics, reports, and dashboards conforming to consistent methodologies, standards and industry best practices. • Analysis, design, unit-testing, test, and root-cause analysis • Assist with all facets of test planning and execution including bug/fix root cause analysis • Provide training on Oracle OBIEE/OBIA to end users • Supervise activities of consultants • Mentoring junior-level Business Solutions Analysts • Interview consulting and new hire Business Solutions Analyst candidates Standard Job Requirements: • 5+ years’ experience as a BI business analyst with a specialization in OBIEE and OBIA or similar technologies • 5+ years’ experience with software development life cycles • 3+ years’ experience in each of 2+ functional domains - Enterprise Asset Management Analytics and Project Analytics • Complete projects on time and within budget • Work occasional weekends or off hours during critical implementation phases • Provide comprehensive weekly/monthly status reports • Must have excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of management • Participate in and/or lead meetings and workshops • Effectively work with business and project team members across the globe whether face-to-face, web conference, telephone or email • Create a positive work environment through teamwork & conflict resolution Educational Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (the employer will accept 3-year foreign degree) in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or another related degree of study *Thanks & Regards,* *Atul Sharma* *United Software Group, Inc* *Phone:* 614-588-8439 *Email:* atu...@usgrpinc.com -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "only.SAP" group.
