*Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills *
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field
required, relevant certifications and professional training programs
• 5+ years of professional experience developing transactional web based
solutions using Microsoft Technologies
• Proficient with Microsoft *MVC, .net, and C#, AWS*
• Technology Stack - *NET 4.0 , Visual Studio 2010, C#, VB.NET
<http://VB.NET>, MVC, WCF, WF, SQL SERVER  and  CMS ( Site Core 7.0 or
higher) , Angular JS, Nservice Bus, Web Api*
• 3+ years of agile development.
• Experience in technical design development and review
• Experience in developing and designing web services
• Experience in relational database design and development
• Experience working with *IIS *application and large scale hosted solutions
• Experience working with onshore and offshore development teams
• Experience in Agile development methodology
• Experience with managing teams to work towards development best practices
• Microsoft Technology Associates (*MTA) Certification and/or Microsoft
Certified Professional Developer (MCPD*) certification highly preferred,
not required
• Exposure to project management principles and methodology a plus
• Based upon the analysis and design results, provide input to the Business
Analyst and/or Project Manager for the creation of the Business
Requirements Specifications and, when needed, write the Technical Design
Specifications.
• Experience with mobile application integration a plus
• Excellent client/user interaction skills to determine requirements.
• Deep understanding of the at least one *Airline CRS.*
*• Experience developing with Sitecore 7 or greater.*
• Good knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws.
• Proven track record of designing and building complex, distributed
systems.
• Strong presentation and written skills.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Lead technical Scrum teams as the Scrum Master to encourage timely
collaboration and resolve impediments using Agile/Scrum practices to
deliver comprehensive solutions consisting of Developers and Quality
Assurance personnel
• Work closely with Product Owners and Solution Architects to design and
implement Scrum features based on the solution architecture and feature
stories.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to junior members of the team.
• Develop maintainable testable code.
• Design, develop and maintain unit and integration automated tests.
• Escalate development roadblocks to Management
• Manage 3rd party vendor hosted solutions.
• Facilitate the investigation of production outages and subsequent
restoration of service; ensure determination of root cause with plans for
remediation
• Work with Manager, assigned team and business units to execute on
assigned application roadmap per schedule and budget
• Coordinate with network, security, and other application owners to assist
with ensuring adherence to standards, security considerations and
integration considerations.
• Ensure that assigned resources on development projects meet business
requirements and goals, fulfill end-user requirements, and identify and
resolve systems issues.
• Lead key technology design decisions; ensure all points of integration
are incorporated and relevant application owners are engaged.
• Ensure completeness of the Technical Design Specifications.
• Guide the technical teams through the various phases of the Agile
software development life cycle process; ensure finished product is
completed and delivery is within time and budget
• Ensure delivered applications meet Hawaiian Airlines’ standards for
security, correctness, platform readiness and performance
• Ensure that configuration management policies are in place and followed
consistently
• Manage junior and senior developers
