Please reply at a...@tresourceinc.com for quick response The following requisition has been assigned: Contract TITLE: Business Analyst/Solution Architect STATUS: Open JOB CODE: 16603 LOCATION: Bartlesville, OK, United States # of Openings: 1 Requisition Details: Program Description: Midstream seeks to transform its business from utilizing static, manually generated metrics where users lack a consistent, timely data to an application driven, trusted, integrated, real-time system where Midstream operations uses data to drive improvements in safety, financial forecasting and operations excellence. In alignment with key stakeholders, the Data Driven Operations Product Owner is responsible, for developing, implementing and delivering the Data Driven Operations program and series of projects to enable Midstream to achieve their business goals, Primary Functions/Responsibilities: • Develop and implement a strategy for implementing the vision of Data Driven Operations. • Develop, evaluate and prioritize requirements and opportunities that feed the business case which become projects within Data Driven Operations. • Work closely with key stakeholders and lead efforts to design and implement data visualization to support dashboards, investigation tools and ad hoc reporting. • Lead the implementation of functionality and effectively manage change in order to maximize application utilization and application value realization. • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure quality delivery and customer satisfaction. • Perform user acceptance testing. • Communicate with governance boards, leaders and users the scope, implementation and value of data driven operations. • Solicit feedback to ensure continued alignment and ensure features delivered meet customer and technical requirements. Adjust priorities as new information is available and business priorities change. • Protect the team as needed to ensure highest velocity is achieved and maintained. Basic/Required: • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Accounting or other Midstream business area. • 5+ years’ project experience • 2+ years’ IT or system optimization project experience Preferred Skills and Competencies: • 2+ years Agile project experience • 5+ years oil and gas experience • 2+ years data analytics experience • 1+ years data visualization experience • 2+ years business improvement experience • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook • Good communications and teamwork skills • Self starter with strong analytical skills • Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines • Good organizational skills • Fast learner • Experience with IT system testing -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "only.SAP" group.
