Good written, oral communication & analytical skills, Work may involve resolution of critical issue over technical calls including multiple stakeholders. May involve shift schedules. Prior production support experience is preferable. This is primarily mainframe role, some exposure to Java technology will be advantageous. Local candidate is desirable, project will not bear travel cost.
