With the way the Family is supposed to work, the only way I can see that a Sangiovanni should really end up as anything but a Sangiovanni would be if they were abducted and 'convinced' as there really isn't a way to force someone to Avus into another bloodline that I am aware of. I suppose it would be possible to use conditioning long term to change someone's attitudes but to keep them as an active member of the Family? *shrugs* just really don't see that happening.
