IMO, we might be wise to "recommend" an alternate GUI client, perhaps
Elipse with the subversion plugin since it's rather platform agnostic,
and there's a reasonably good tutorial for it.

I think a listing or link would be good. I'm not sure about recommending one over another. Since this was a Subversion Basics, that's the one I went with. Personally I use the one in Netbeans since that's my current IDE, but I'm not sure what I'll be using on this code yet. :-)
