OK, I've tested right the first ID and were able to close it, see here for the history:

So, it seems to be just a permission problem. Can you change the status, e.g., to "resolved fixed" with a comment or is this also not possible?

@all:
In the past we have closed an issue only after the QA test was successful in a binary build. I think we want to continue this behavior, right?
