Found out by myself:
german latest version does not exist. So from this: no such file or
directory: the without Java -version.
Which of the Mac-version I have to take, nobody tells.

You need the PPC version. Mac versions of OOo do not include java.
The last version of OOo available for PPC Macs in German is OOo 3.2.1. You can get it by
selecting the German version for PPC Macs at http://www.openoffice.org/download/other.html
