It is saying that your mail provider rejected a message from the
ooo-users list because it thought it was spam.  When the message was
rejected, your email provider generated a notification to the Apache
list as well.  The Apache list then notified you that the original
post bounced, and that if your mail provider continues to bounce
messages then it will remove your name from the subscriber list.

I'd just monitor the situation for now.  It was only one post.  But if
you start getting many of these then you may want to contact your
email provider.  Maybe they can whitelist the apache domain?
