I am on Mac OS X 10.6.8 and Google Chrome 18.0.1025.163 I get immediately redirected from http://sourceforge.net/projects/openofficeorg.mirror/files/stable/3.2.1/OOo_3.2.1_MacOS_PPC_install_en-US.dmg/download to http://sourceforge.net/projects/openofficeorg.mirror/files/latest/download?_test=sidebar which then downloads 3.3 for Intel.
