Markdown adds ids for header paragraphs. So a hash tag can easily be added to 
any link.

+1. BTW - it is possible to use the Apache CMS Bookmarklet and create a patch. 
I'm willing to submit any CMS related patch someone wishes to contribute.

Send patches to ooo-dev with a subject using a prefix of [RFW - CMS]. Good for 
any contribution from a non-committer.
