Further access rights for bugzilla are granted to committers only.

I would suggest that you first start to introduce yourself and explain
what are you doing for the project. I think people are interested to
learn more about you and your experience with the code.

List the issue you have found and explain how you test the office, how
you identify problems etc. Tell the community what are you doing that
people get aware of your work.

Based on your contribution people will recognize your work over time and
everything else will probably come automatically.
