Hi, all, I translated the copied the "why" pages to zh-cn, and translated the index of why (I didn't change the zh-cn index.html to point to it yet). I wonder if Erik or any one can help to review and commit? It is my first time to try the web page translation, so please tell me if any thing I did wrong.
