I have it enabled. Do you mean it can be reproduced by shutting down
the system with a running AOO instance and restart it?

I don't have Lion so I can't test myself. One report stated the bug occurs after shutting down
system while AOO is running.
A couple of others stated that the bug is always reproducible AOO is force quit. I don't recall
if they shut down the system after the force quit or if they just attempted to re-open AOO.
