The class SwHTMLWriter in main/sw/source/filter/html/wrthtml.cxx and its
neighbor files in the same directory should be a good start point.
I take it for granted that all of AOO uses a common translation to .html ?
I don't know the answer to that question but I wouldn't bet on it ;-)
