Really old old old concept. 12 years ago I used to use Fine Print (still available, and now supports xp-vista-7) to preview print jobs, eliminate unwanted pages, reduce size (print four ´a5´ ´small booklet format´ pages per A4 sheet), and save paper and ink. http://fineprint.com/fp/ Oh, and it works system-wide on *any* app that can print.
