but in the src/Makefile.in may we get in trouble:
install: all mkinstalldirs
$(INSTALL) oops ${OOPSPATH}
so I suggest that OOPSPATH should be OOPS_SBINDIR because of the previous
patch what I sended affected the oopsctl.c.
