Hello Igor & list, I have seen a strange bug in the current version of Oops (and also in Oops 1.5.22) under FreeBSD 4.
Sometimes (rarely) when the server is started under conditions of high request load, it seems that the statistics thread never starts running. The counters of hits and requests remain stuck at 0, the statistics file is never updated, and the global_sec_timer is never updated... so the server might run for hours or days, yet every request will be written to the log with the exact same timestamp (the time when the server started running).
