There doesn't seem to be any fix for it except for moving things around so the offending hyperlink doesn't break across a page. In one chapter I had two big sections where I wanted to switch the order of the two. When I move the one section above the other I get the error. Moving the section back, eliminates the error. That's good enough for me now. But, it seems like this could come up at any time.
