I see your problem :-)

You installed the RPMs from the Fedora repository. The ooRexx team can 
not vouch for those RPMs as we do not build them. I have been told by 
others that they have problems but I have not actually tried them myself.

My suggestion is to uninstall those RPMs and install one of the the RPMs 
available on the SourceForge site 
http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=119701. At least 
then we will be able to help you.
