I thought I had read in the docs that for stream, the command 'open read replace' was not allowed, so I wrote a test case for that.
On Windows the return is ERROR:22, but on Linux the return is READY:. Now I can't find anything in the docs that matches what I remember about 'open read replace' being not allowed. So, I'm not sure whether this is a bug, or just an allowable operating system difference.
