Yeah, developer estimates, eh? What are they worth?

18 months later, and I've got a version of the code with source colouring, 
enough cross referencing to make me happy, and permission from my aristos to 
publish under joint copyright, them and me, CPL 1.0. Donation to RexxLA 
copyright currently vetoed.

So, this will be my first FLOSS project. I've toured around some blogs and 
pages, can anyone here think of a compelling reason not to use Sourceforge 
to host this project?  Or suggest any better FLOSS hosting facilities?
