The ooRexx team is happy to announce ooRexx 4.0 release candidate one is now available for download from SourceForge:

At first a fair number of bugs were reported, and fixed, during each refresh of the beta. The report of bugs then slowed, and after the last beta refresh only a couple of minor issues showed up. At this point the team feels the release candidate is very stable.
