Sorry to waste your time, I left the SRC_DRV set to the example "E:" instead
of changing it to "C:"

David,

"Device is not ready" is an operating system message when it can't
write to a disk.

It looks like you might have a disk problem.  Is the disk full?  Doy
you have SRC_DRV pointing to a writable disk?  I.e., not your DVD
drive or a network drive that is not attached?
